Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System

The Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is Canada's national hazard communication standard. The key elements of the system are cautionary labeling of containers of WHMIS "controlled products", the provision of safety data sheets (SDS) and worker education and training programs.

Before you start work with any product check it's SDS sheet for proper use.
